I saw many employees at the hospital that were just buried in work, but somehow were still able to maintain a positive attitude. But, I also saw some useless garbage collecting paychecks. Despite all my huffing and puffing, I'm still scared to death to do something that might cost a person his job in this economy based on my one encounter. What if I'm wrong, or that person really was just having a bad day? I know that's not normally the case, but I wish middle management would do their farking job and police up those people. When I find another employee treating them like shit, I report them. My main area is customer service in the 1st party billing/patient accounts dept, but if you ever need any info on navigating the system, let me know, and I'll see what I can find out. Don't put up with any shit though, cause every VA employees MAIN job is helping the veteran. Someone gives you shit, report them.
